super clean hotel beach access friendly staff loud music noisy room limited equipment
I adored how super clean this hotel was. It felt so pure. the beach access was good, a sweet escape just steps away. the staff were quite friendly and professional, always ready with a tender smile.
The music was quite loud in the evenings. I had hoped for tranquility. our room overlooked a noisy road, and sleep was a distant dream. the gym had limited equipment. I wished for more options for fitness.

mediocre stay, some issues with service
cleanliness available sunbeds rude receptionist poor behavior
the pools was clean. sunbeds was always available.
i had troubles with the receptionist named murat. he was rude when i asked to change my room. he shockingly said he would make sure i went to prison in turkey if i continued. i think this is unacceptable for any guest.

a nice beachfront retreat
extensive variety excellent service peaceful setting
I found the food to be very good. the variety was extensive, and everything tasted fresh. the option to reserve day beds on the pier was a lovely perk. The views were fine (i enjoyed the peaceful setting), and mustafa provided excellent service. the peaceful beach bar became my favorite spot for late-night drinks.

food quality friendly staff spacious room limited drinks early entertainment alcohol options
the food was amazing!!! i was charmed by the variety and quality. the staff were so friendly and always ready to help. the room was clean and spacious.
the all-inclusive drinks were quite limited. i found that the entertainment ended too early in the evening. the lack of premium alcohol options was a little disappointing.

Excellent Hotel Experience
high standard easy access invaluable assistance
The cleaning staff maintained a high standard with fresh towels and sheets daily. I found the location excellent with easy access to nearby attractions and services. I especially appreciated Iryna at reception. Her assistance was invaluable. The food was consistently hot and offered a substantial variety each day.
The alcoholic drinks included within the all-inclusive package were not branded, a slight disappointment.

The suite included a spacious layout with distinct living and sleeping areas. Daily housekeeping ensured a consistently high level of cleanliness. Fresh linens and towels were provided. A large balcony offered excellent views.

adequate stay near the coast
varied food friendly staff limited choice poor entertainment
the staff were friendly and helpful most of the time i appreciated this a lot they seemed to try hard the food was varied during meal times i especially liked the themed nights. bottled water was available at all bars this was convenient for staying hydrated
the evening entertainment was quite poor in my opinion it mostly consisted of singers the variety was lacking i thought the all-inclusive drinks were not very good most were not branded. this limited my choices significantly
